Background
Professionals Stirling Clark origins date back to 1983 when Granger Clark was formed, Brendan Clark is the remaining Director and original team member from that time.
In 1986 The Professionals Group approached and successfully enlisted Granger Clark as its representative the Kalamunda Shire.
In 1988 Granger Clark was awarded 3rd place in WA’s industry’s Multi Listing Top Listing & Selling Office and went on to win the 1997 Professionals Group Property Manager Office of the Year. In 1998 Granger Clark was awarded No 1 Sales Office of the Year for the Professionals Group. For the next 12 years Granger Clark remained in the top 5 performing metropolitan offices of the Professionals Group.
In 1994 Granger Clark opened a branch in Ballajura, which has gone on to be another Professionals award winning office and operates today as a separate entity. In 2001 Granger Clark purchased the Business of Stirling and Associates which had operated for 20 years, from this purchase the new combined operations became Professionals Stirling Clark.
Professionals Stirling Clark has won the prestigious Top Selling Professionals Office award in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009, in 2008 Professionals Stirling Clark was the Runner Up.
