Here at Professionals Stirling Clark we appreciate the importance of training & investing back into our industry.
This year to show our staff how much they are valued we recently combined our mandatory industry training requirements with a team and culture building conference held at the beautiful Pullman Bunker Bay Resort.
We focused heavily on areas of legislation, tools to building resilience, how we can better service our clients and the community with a strong focus on team work which is really important to our business.
The weekend was a truly unique experience that resulted in a higher level of learning and strengthening our teams culture promoting a healthy & positive mindset for everyone.
