During the month of November, we leased just shy of 20 properties, and there is still limited stock available in the foothills and surrounds.

With COVID19 restrictions slowly lifting and the WA border opening, we will be required to conduct ‘Mandatory Contact Registers’ enforced by the West Australian Government. From December 5^th if you are visiting our office or one of our home opens our staff will be asking for your registration. We ask for your ongoing understanding and patience so we can execute these requirements effectively and keep WA safe.
