Professionals Stirling Clark January 2021 Property Market Update
Things have continued to go well in the market! We saw the median house prices grow in 3 of the 4 core suburbs with High Wycombe being the outstanding performer for this month with an increase of 6%!
January was an absolute bumper, and we are expecting it is going to continue to go up with REIWA predicting more growth this year! Unfortunately, COVID has just thrown a bit of a curve ball into all of that but stay tuned and we will keep you updated as things unfold throughout the year.
