For the month of July we leased a total of 23 properties and received over 2000 rental enquires.
We would also like to mention that when applying for a rental, to please make sure you are very careful and do your due diligence. We have had a few instances where rentals have been ‘falsely’ advertised, where the unfortunate prospective tenant was scammed hundreds to thousands of dollars.
