Professionals Stirling Clark City of Kalamunda July 2021 Property Market Update
Winter and tax time is generally a bit of a slower time of the year for sales. We have ever so slightly seen market activity drop a fraction, but I don’t think that will last long.
July also saw the launch of our new Professionals Stirling Clark office in Mundaring. With many of our Foothills clients quite often upsizing to the top of the hill, we felt this was a great acquisition for us to continue to service our clients in their Real Estate journeys.
