Property managers and landlords need to see that you will be a good fit for their property. Ensuring your application is completed with details such as:
– Number of applicants and who will be contributing to the rent
– Number of children
– Pets, number of as well as breed/s
– Preferred lease term
– References, personal and occupation
– Previous rental history
– Employment and/or Centrelink income statements
If the application is not completed with all of the required information and signatures, this could delay your application being processed and presented to the landlord. In the meantime, the property could be leased to someone with a completed application.
