City of Kalamunda February 2022 Property Market Update
February was an incredibly busy listing month for Professionals Stirling Clark with over 50 properties being listed. Even with so many new properties being listed there is still only 86 houses for sale in the whole of the City of Kalamunda.
It’s even harder if you need to sell a property first to buy the next one as nobody wants to sell their house first and then hope that something they like comes up quickly so they don’t have to find a rental in between houses. Although this is a difficult situation there is a solution which we will put in a blog on the City of Kalamunda property Facebook group.
