April is historically a slower month for sales
For April 22 attendance at home opens was a little down from what we have been accustomed to so in turn listings and sales were down from previous months.
As an agency we still managed to sell and list the same amount of properties so stock is still moving, we had a flurry of activity to end the month and huge numbers were through over the weekend to start May off.
