City of Kalamunda July 2022 Property Market Update

July showed some great signs that our Kalamunda property market is resilient to the increasing rate rises.

The number of properties for sale in the Kalamunda foothills dropped from 115 to 102 which bucked the trend of the previous 6 months. Some great results that we had over the past month included selling residential properties in Forrestfield for over $1,000,000 and another one for over $800,000.

It’s a true sign that the old stigma of Forrestfield has washed away and new Buyers to the area are seeing the potential in the suburb.
