I have just commenced a lease arrangement through Professionals Stirling Clark and it has been a really positive experience. The documentation and instructions are well stepped out, available online through very easy to use apps and provided in a variety of formats to be accessible to all.
The front desk girls were super friendly on arrival to pick up keys and complete the commencement package.
Both property managers Katherine and Ebony have been so kind and helpful, showing no judgement for the loads of questions I had and responding super promptly to tricky situations.

I liked Jemma the moment I met her at the inspection. First of all, she had the right keys to open the house. She was able to answer all our questions with obvious knowledge of the property. She kept us informed throughout the application process. Jemma made sure work was done prior to our moving in. The communication between us and the agents/Jemma is excellent, to say the least.
