Excellent service by Michael. He gave us a realistic estimate of the house and sound advice on some things to improve to make it more “sellable”.
There were some delays (On our end not his) to commencing the process but Michael didn’t pressure us at all and was very accomodating throughout the sale. We recommend him highly.
