I think the thing I like most about Scott was how genuine he is and how he did his utmost to get what I needed out of this sale. He obviously knows his market very well and was able to sell my home quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone thing of selling your home.
Michael was very supportive and has expert knowledge of the local area. My home sold following one home open and for a great price. I would happily recommend Michael.
Glen was great from the start. From when we first thought about selling, he was easy to reach and always up for a chat and/or visit, all without ever being pushy or over-bearing.
He obviously maintains a large network of [potential] buyers and was able to arrange a well attended home open without us needing to advertise.
Negotiations went smoothly, again providing input but allowing us to make the decisions.
Post contract was no different. He (and his team) proved to be a valuable go-between with the buyers right up until the day of settlement.

Being in Sales for 25 Years Myself I Found Michael’s non Pushy approach extremely refreshing. There are some very Below Average Agents out there. Michael was Great. Renovations have begun already
