From the time of making an offer to settlement, Alvin was respectful, prompt, knowledgeable, honest and a breeze to deal with. His calm manner was a delight to work with and actually refreshing after dealing with many βpushyβ agents beforehand. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and he went above and beyond for us.
