My experience with our Property Manager Stacey Cunningham is fantastic! Stacey provides outstanding professional service. Quick replies to emails and always offers assistance whenever an issue has arisen.
Communication and any mediation with tenants and strata management is refreshingly easy.
Inspection reports are informative and maintenance issues are reported and after approval from us, repairs are organised when needed.
Recently, Stacey encouraged us to test the market at a slightly higher rental price than what we first thought, to our delight a good quality tenant was secured reasonably quickly at the higher rate!
I would most certainly recommend Stacey as a reliable, trustworthy Property Manager.
