About Kip Marcar
Having grown up in the Foothills, I have a genuine affinity with the area. As a child, I remember how much fun it was exploring the area and I have really enjoyed seeing Forrestfield and surrounding suburbs thrive to a fantastic place to raise a family.
A strong sense of community has always been very important to me, and the City of Kalamunda has always been a safe community in which to live. The foothills area has become increasingly popular with young families, and I take great pride in showing young couples and families similar to my own.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I spent many years working in partnership with Russell Canestrini, and I continue to have a fantastic working relationship with him along with the many long-term relationships I have built with local businesses and residents.

I am a change specialist – a lot of my clients are either making their first upgrade or are ready to downsize now that the kids have grown and left the nest. Preparing their homes for sale is vital to ensuring we get every last dollar possible, to ensure their next purchase is the best possible purchase they can make. With a carpentry trade under my belt, I am confident in providing suggestions that can potentially add value to your home, based on my experience. I also have a network of local trades that can assist in any work that is required.
