About Ebony
Ebony has always been passionate about real estate, deciding at a young age to join the industry. She began her journey in early 2019 as a Receptionist and Executive Assistant, providing invaluable support to our Licensee before transitioning into Sales Administration and then Leasing. Starting on Reception has given Ebony a great insight into administrative processes and the importance of good customer service.
As a Leasing Specialist, Ebony learned various aspects of Property Management, meeting potential tenants, processing applications and ensuring the best outcomes for landlord and tenants. After completing her Sales Registration in 2020, she managed her own portfolio as a Property Manager, delivering exceptional service and closely managing properties.
Following this, Ebony took on a new role as Investor Support, focusing on the onboarding process for new investment properties and gaining valuable insight into landlord expectations from the outset.
Now back managing a portfolio, Ebony also plays a key role in implementing new processes and supporting the onboarding of new team members. Her broad experience across multiple roles allows her to bring a well-rounded, practical approach to Property Management.
