As his Personal Assistant, Kristina played a key role in driving performance behind the scenes - implementing efficient systems, managing processes, and nurturing client relationships that contributed to consistent, high-level results.
Her diverse career background, combined with hands-on real estate experience, has given her a sharp eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep understanding of the property journey from both a client and operational perspective.
Now in her role as Client Liaison for the broader Sales team, Kristina leverages this experience to connect with buyers, understand their goals, and match them with suitable opportunities - including off-market and upcoming properties. Her structured approach and proactive communication ensure a seamless, well-managed experience for every client she works with.
Known for her professionalism, warmth, and ability to build genuine rapport, Kristina is passionate about helping people move forward with confidence when making one of life's biggest decisions.
Outside of work, she is a devoted hands-on mum and partner to Andrew. She enjoys spending time with her family, caring for their many birds and energetic dog, and expressing her creativity through canvas painting and furniture restoration whenever time allows.
