About Grant Winning
Grant began his real estate career in a local Kalamunda office in October 2002. He completed his Diploma of Property through West Coast Property Training and ran the successful High Wycombe office between 2005 and 2017.
In 2010, Grant purchased the LJ Hooker Kalamunda office and together with business partner, Belinda Farrell, consolidated the two offices in 2017 to form one ‘super office'.
In 2011, Grant reached the prestigious ‘Multi Million Dollar Captains Club’ and in financial year 2011/2012 was the top selling agent in both number of properties sold, and dollar turnover for the Kalamunda Shire. Grant’s sales turnover has continued to increase.
In 2015, Grant was inducted into the LJ Hooker ’500 Club’ representing the top 2.5% of salespeople internationally.
In 2016 Grant was awarded ‘Life Membership’ in the Multi Million Dollar Captains Club. In 2017/2018 Grant was again top selling agent by dollar turnover in the City of Kalamunda.
In 2022, Grant received both the REIWA Master Salesperson Award & LJ Hooker Bronze Medallion.
In 2023, Grant was awarded the LJ Hooker Business Owner of the Year.
In 2024, Grant & Belinda merged their business with the Multi Award Winning Professionals Stirling Clark to further enhance their ability to offer the very best in service and results.
