December Property Update
With a strong finish to 2019, we noticed a lot of activity during the Christmas and New Year break with buyers using the time to shop around for their new home in 2020. 2019 also seen plenty of affordable homes through the Kalamunda Foothills with the median house prices in Forrestfield at $370,000, High Wycombe at $397,000, Maida Vale at $450,000 and Wattle Grove at $517,000.
