April is traditionally our slowest month in real estate. But it didn’t stop the real estate machine from rolling on.
Professionals listed almost 40 new properties and had 28 properties go under offer. To put some context to that we had only 10 properties go under offer in April last year. That’s an increase in sales of 180% over 12 months!
