August was a very solid month for our Forrestfield office with 40 homes going under offer again this month.
The number of homes selling is far out way the number of homes being listed, so that is going to put pressure back on prices heading into the Spring selling season!
Something that has also been a talking point over the last 18 months is the number of Buyers we have buying properties sight unseen from the east coast. This has continued to be the case all through 2022, and we now have a very strong database of buyer’s agents from Sydney and Melbourne who are always on the lookout for investment properties.
