Scott made the tricky process of buying my first home as painless as possible. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know in layman’s terms and answered even the smallest questions with warmth, patience and clarity. He was always quick to respond, very thorough with any paperwork and followed through on all that he promised to do, from recommending building inspectors to ensuring work was carried out before settlement. Straddling between buyer and seller priorities is not an easy task, but Scott was fair and straight down the line throughout the process, and he was genuinely excited to see me get the keys to my home. Having been looking for house for around 18 months beforehand, I’d dealt with many real estate agents, but none were as down-to-earth, friendly and fair as Scott.
