Dale and I found Beryl and her team very helpful and efficient in selling our house. They had the home open every weekend and provided us with regular feedback from the potential buyers who visited the house. By discussing this feedback with Beryl, Karis and Dene we were able to make minor changes to the house and price and eventually sell it for a price close to their original estimation. They were able to achieve a selling price and time line that satisfied us. We enjoyed the relationship we established with the team for the duration of the selling period.
As a buyer, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Glen and his wonderful team. I’ve known other agents from his team to also be similarly courteous and professional in their interactions with potential buyers. I think treating the buyers well creates a positive impression about the property, the seller and the overall transaction, motivating buyers to reciprocate and be equally cooperative in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome, not to mention a quick-timely settlement.
