Alvin was brilliant! He was prompt, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. Alvin made us feel confident our house was ready for the market when he gave us our appraisal and he has advised us of every step along the path to officially sold. I would definitely recommend Alvin and the team at Professionals Stirling Clark.

Scott was wonderful and very professional and overall just a nice guy to deal with. He gave us a realistic appraisal prior to placing our house on the market and was able to negotiate over the asking price which we were very happy with.
Dear Glen,
Thank you so much for the beautiful gift. It is very kind of you 😊
You have made the whole process seamless and pleasant, which I’m sure it would not have been without you.
I’m especially grateful that you assisted the purchaser through his financial matters. He clearly needed the help and your effort, over and above the basic job, will be life-changing.
Thank you for everything. You’re a star
