It was a decision that I had been delaying for 15 years! Selling my former family home that was now much too big for a solitary person. It was a life change easy to ignore.
I had come to grips with leaving the memories behind, sorting out the accumulated ‘stuff’ and facing the reality of my evolving needs. Even handing over my garden! Kip’s service began as being helpful and informative about the process of purchasing a house. He looked out for me to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything when inspecting the house and that I had all my ducks in a row. Kip really went from awesome to amazing when Perth went into a sudden lockdown and I was stuck in the Pilbara at work. He facilitated a smooth transition when changing dates for settlement and was more than happy to answer my questions, as I panicked over possibly missing the settlement and final inspection dates. I am extremely grateful for having worked with Kip. He’s a stand up guy and a consumate professional.
