About Jade
Jade began her real estate journey in Queensland in 2017 as a Property Management Assistant. In 2018, she relocated to South Australia, where she gained her Property Management Registration and progressed from a reception role into managing her own rental portfolio.
In 2020, Jade moved to Perth and continued to build her career in Property Management, successfully managing a portfolio until late 2022. She then took on a dual role at our Mundaring office, starting at reception before stepping into a Sales Assistant position, supporting both our Managing Director and Sales Representative for two and a half years.
Since July 2025, Jade has returned to Property Management, taking on her own portfolio once again.
Outside of her professional experience, Jade has personally navigated the home-building and investment property journey with her partner. These experiences - working alongside other real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and settlement agents - have given her valuable insight into the broader property process, as well as the challenges faced by buyers and sellers.
With her extensive background in both property management and sales administration, Jade brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Known for her strong attention to detail and highly organised approach, she is fully registered to handle both Property Management and Sales transactions across Western Australia.

Professionals Stirling Clark have been managing our property for quite a few years. They have been very prompt with handling repairs, communication and advising us on how to deal with any issues with tenants. Jade Payne was fantastic and now Ebony Sirr is doing a fantastic job.
I would recommend Professionals Stirling Clark to anyone that own a property in Perth. I am a property investors owning a few property across the states. However, I haven't find a Property Manager as professional as Jade Payne from Professional Stirling Clark. Too bad they only manage the property in Perth.
