Rachael was a savior and went over and above when we needed her. She had to deal with so many challenges with the sale (no fault of hers), I was worried it was going to fall through with settlement challenges on the inspection, bank inspection, costs of additional work and navigating the sale in the midst of the buyer travelling overseas, settlement requests and our own expectations being met.
Rachael just got on with it with a level head and came back with practical solutions to these hurdles. When we felt like giving up, she pushed through and got it over the line. When we were exhausted, she kept going. She enlisted the help of her contacts and presented fair, competitive prices negating the need for me to get quotes and deal with third parties.
Rachael was awesome at keeping us up to date on email, phone calls and SMS – no matter what time or day. She was always available, returned calls and followed up when she said she would.

Scott was on the ball from the start. We live remotely from the location of the property we wanted to put on the market and Scott was very thorough in advising us of the process, providing answers and options to all of our enquiries. He was honest and up front about the current market performance and what our marketing package would entail, along with his estimations of what was likely to be achieved in the prevailing conditions. Weekly reporting and follow up communications from Scott and the team ensured we felt we were in the loop at all times. His diligence ensured a good market position for our property which realised a very satisfactory outcome in a relatively short time period.
Scott took care of everything, from finding a handyman, cleaning company, structural inspector, electrician and anything else I needed to have to get the house ready to sell.
