We had our property listed with another agent for 3 months with plenty of home opens and private viewing with still no offer (even low ball), when asked for feedback had nothing.

First Home Open we had 40 people view the house and got honest feedback from the people who viewed and positive intentions from a few couples. 6 days later we accepted a solid offer and the whole process to settlement was a smooth transaction.
