We had 3 other agents that had sold properties in our area through our house for valuations. Their price guides were all well below our expectations. Then we saw Glen marketing a property around the corner from our place. He quickly had it under offer and sold for a great price. Following that we engaged Glen, and he was a professional from start to finish. The price guides from the other agents were: from $549K, $580-$630K and high 500s. Glen got us $650K after about 30 days on market and with a fast easy settlement, we can’t recommend him highly enough!!!!!
