It’s all about building a relationship of trust. Dene, Beryl & Karis had done this with us over the last few years. They had been patient, guided us and were never pushy in any way. I liked this about them and I felt I could trust them with my investment. I think it’s very difficult to find especially in this market. I believe some agents are undervaluing properties for an easy sale in a hard market but did not find this with this team, which I’m grateful for.
