He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had about the property, and he was very understanding that as a first home owner I was nervous and perhaps overly cautious about ‘what happens’ when purchasing a house. He was clear and communicative; responding in an adequate time-frame to emails and phone calls. He ensured that the purchasing process ran smoothly, but was never pushy.
