Andrew Fonteneau sold the property to us previously and from that experience I knew he was the person to contact again, once we had decided to sell. Having many years in the industry, and being a true “professional”, he kept us informed of every step (and changes) throughout the whole process. He was far more than a real estate agent as he was most helpful in arranging for a tradesman to effect a small repair for us (as we were absent and interstate at the time) Nothing was to too much trouble.
